The investment and development company City One Development continues to shape the future in the new year and reports on the results for the past month.
The construction of the comfort-class residential complex “Svyatobor Park Resort” is ongoing. The following changes have taken place at the construction sites for phases 6 and 7:
Phase 6
Section 3
- The third-floor slab construction has been completed, and concrete pouring for the vertical elements is ongoing.
Section 4
- Concrete pouring for the floor slab between the 5th and 6th floors is in progress.
Phase 7
Section 1
- Concrete pouring for the floor slab between the 10th and 11th floors has been completed.
- Brick masonry work is being carried out on the 5th floor in sections 1 and 2.
Section 2
- Concrete pouring for the vertical elements of the load-bearing structures on the 11th floor is in progress.
Section 3
- This section has grown by one more floor, with concrete pouring for the slab between the 11th and 12th floors.
- Concrete pouring for the vertical elements of the load-bearing structures on the 12th floor is ongoing in section 3.
