Here is the progress report for the construction sites of stages 7 and 8 of the “Novopecherski Lypky” quarter in December:
Stage 7 (Project Numbers: Buildings #1, #2, #3, #4)
Building #1
- Completed work on insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installing profiles for facade attachment.
- Final stage of the installation of the ventilated facade.
- Nearing completion of the installation of aluminum window frames and facade glazing.
- Completed installation of industrial concrete floors in the underground parking. The installation of ventilation and heating systems is nearing completion.
- Started installation of entrance gates to the parking.
- Finalizing work on the architectural lighting.
- Continuing landscaping of the surrounding area.
Building #2
- Finishing the insulation of the building with mineral wool and installing the ventilated facade.
- Window glazing and facade construction are at the final stage.
- Almost finished glazing the facade of the two-story commercial building connecting buildings 2 and 3 by the stylobate. Completing the installation of elevator equipment inside the building.
- Started installation of entrance gates to the parking.
- Nearing completion of glazing the above-ground protective glass structures in the stylobate part of the underground parking.
- Completing the installation of architectural lighting.

- Completed installation of ventilation, smoke removal, and air exchange systems.

- Continuing facade glazing work from the 1st to the 16th floors (transparent enclosing structures).
- Completing the installation of fire protection systems, signaling, dispatching, and automation systems.

- Continuing the installation of aluminum frame structures from the 1st to the 21st floors.
- Ongoing facade glazing (transparent enclosing structures) from the 2nd to the 21st floors.
- Installing fire protection systems and signaling, dispatching, and automation systems.
- Completed internal apartment sewage installation.
- Installing underground communication systems around the building.
Building #6
- Continuing the construction of the monolithic frame of the building. Ongoing concrete work for vertical structures and elements at the level of the 18th floor.
- Simultaneously with the construction of the building’s frame, ongoing masonry work on external and internal walls at the level of the 13th-14th floors.
