The construction of the comfort-class residential complex “Svyatobor Park Resort” by City One Development is in full swing and continues without pause.
New sections of the complex are steadily rising and strengthening. Over the past month, significant changes have taken place at construction sites for stages 6 and 7. Here is a detailed report on the construction progress:
Stage 6:
- In Section 4, concrete works for the slab of the fifth floor (floor of the sixth floor) are underway.
- Concrete pouring for the slab of the third floor (floor of the fourth floor) has been completed in Section 3.
- Vertical elements concrete pouring is ongoing on the fourth floor.
- Tower cranes have been erected in two sections for further work on the monolithic frame of the building.
Stage 7:
- Vertical elements concrete pouring is ongoing for load-bearing structures on the twelfth floor in Section 3.
- The slab for the eleventh floor (floor of the twelfth floor) has been poured in Section 2.
- Horizontal formwork installation is ongoing for reinforcing the slab of the eleventh floor in Section 1.
- Brickwork on the fifth floor is nearing completion in Sections 1 and 2. Brick walls are being laid on the fifth floor of Section 3.
- Tower cranes have been erected in eight sections for further work on the monolithic frame of the building.
Apartments in both stages are available for sale. You can choose your dream apartment overlooking the park at the sales center located at Lvivska Street, 15-B.
Please note that in “Svyatobor Park Resort,” you can purchase an apartment under the state aid program for damaged or destroyed property due to aggression from the Russian Federation – “eRestoration.” The program is available for apartments in buildings that have been commissioned.
