Investment and development company City One Development continues the active construction of two new phases of the business-class residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky.”
Over the past month, there have been significant changes at the construction sites of phases 7 and 8. Here is a photo report of the construction progress and a detailed list of completed works during this period:
Phase 7 (Building numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)
Building No. 1
- Completing the insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of the ventilated facade.
- Completing the installation of aluminum window frames and glazing of the facade structures.
- Started installing apartment doors.
- In the underground parking, finishing the installation of ventilation and heating systems.
- Continuing the installation of entrance gates to the parking.
- Finalizing the architectural lighting installation.
- Continuing landscaping of the adjacent territory.
Building No. 2
- Completed insulation of the building with mineral wool.
- Nearing completion of the installation of the ventilated facade and glazing of windows and facade structures.
- Completed glazing of the facade of the two-story commercial building connecting buildings 2 and 3. Finalizing the installation of elevator equipment inside the building.
- Continuing the installation of entrance gates to the parking.
- Completed glazing of ground-level guardrails in the stylobate part of the underground parking.
- Nearing completion of the architectural lighting installation.
- Continuing landscaping of the adjacent territory.
Building No. 3
- Nearing completion of the insulation of the building with mineral wool and installation of the ventilated facade.
- Finalizing the installation of aluminum window frames and glazing of the facade structures.
- Continuing plastering works, cement-sand screed, and installation of apartment water supply systems (KAN system).
- Completed the installation of industrial floors, ventilation, and heating systems, and started the installation of entrance gates to the underground parking.
- Continuing the installation of facade lighting.
- Continuing landscaping of the adjacent territory.
Building No. 4
- Finalizing the installation of window elements on the parapet part of the building.
- Started installing apartment doors.
- Completed glazing of evacuation exits and all finishing works in the underground parking.
- Continuing the installation of entrance gates to the parking.
- Installing facade lighting.
- Continuing landscaping of the adjacent territory.
Continuing the installation of on-site engineering networks (drainage systems, sewerage, water supply, etc.) for all buildings of phase 7.
Phase 8 (Building numbers 5, 6, 9)
Club-format Building No. 9
- Continuing the installation of aluminum window frame structures from the 1st to the 16th floors.
- Continuing the installation of transparent facade structures from the 1st to the 16th floors.
- Continuing the installation of fire safety systems and systems for signaling, dispatching, and automation.
- Started installing floors in the underground parking.
Building No. 5
- Continuing the installation of aluminum window frame structures from the 1st to the 21st floors.
- Continuing the installation of transparent facade structures from the 2nd to the 21st floors.
- Finalizing the installation of fire safety systems and systems for signaling, dispatching, and automation.
- Continuing the installation of underground adjacent communications.
Building No. 6
- Six floors remain until the completion of the monolithic frame construction. Currently, work is ongoing to pour the floor slab of the 18th floor.
- Continuing masonry work on external and internal walls at the 12th-14th floors.
- Continuing the installation of the underground parking under buildings No. 5-6.
