The expert jury determined the best housing estates and towns, as well as companies that have advanced technologies, promote housing construction and development of real estate market in Ukraine.
Residential Complex “Svyatobor”, which sells real estate development company City One Development, has been recognized by the jury “Best New Buildings in Ukraine comfort class”!
Recognition of market experts – high reward profession company and its professionals, construction quality assurance, performance and demand in the property market, – said director of City One Development Sergey Perchak.
It should be noted that this is not the first victory of the projects of City One Development. Among the winners – residential complex “Fountain Boulevard” which is repeatedly recognized as the best complex of Ukraine in the elite class, and twice won a landslide victory in the category “City residential real estate Ukraine” for the All-Ukrainian prize for achievements in the field of luxury “LuxuryLifestyleAwards 2011” and “LuxuryLifestyleAwards 2014 “.
