After 11 years of successful management, in one of the most powerful private development companies in Ukraine-Ukrainian Development Partners – Valeriy Kodetskiy resigns from the shareholders, due to the conversion of the Group’s business and concentrates all the accumulated experience and potential in his own development brand City One Development.
Valeriy Kodetskiy has more than 25 years of experience in implementing and managing residential real estate infrastructure projects in the country. He is one of the Key founders of the UDP Company, and has personally administered more than ten projects.
With an agreement of both parties, City One Development will continue to participate in existing joint projects with UDP such as Novopechersky Lipky and Fountain Boulevard in the status of co-investor and developer
