City One Development, an investment and development company, continues actively constructing new phases of the business-class residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky”.

Over the past month, we have seen significant progress on the construction sites of phases 7 and 8. We strive to bring investors closer to their apartments as quickly as possible and share the construction progress:

Phase 7 (Building Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)

Building No. 1

  • Works continue on the installation of floor electrical panels and cable-conductor products in apartments and common areas.
  • Installation of radiators in apartments is ongoing.
  • Decorative works in common areas and entrance groups are in progress.
  • Final stages of installation of aluminum window glazing and facade constructions.
  • Installation of entry gates into the underground parking has been completed.
  • Landscaping of the adjacent territory is ongoing.

Building No. 2

  • Installation of entry apartment doors from the 10th floor and above is ongoing.
  • Installation of entry gates into the parking area has been completed.
  • Final stages of thermal insulation with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of ventilated facade are ongoing.
  • Above the 20th floor, installation of plumbing distribution for the KAN water supply system is underway.
  • Decorative works in common areas and entrance groups are ongoing.
  • Landscaping of the adjacent territory continues.
  • Preparation of ground for planting living trees inside glass jars in the stylobate part of the underground parking has begun.

Building No. 3

  • Decorative works in common areas have been completed, and installation of plumbing distribution for the KAN water supply system is ongoing.
  • Installation of entry apartment doors from the 9th floor and above is ongoing.
  • Installation of radiators in apartments is ongoing.
  • Completion of installation of ventilated facade and window elements on the parapet part of the building is ongoing.
  • Landscaping of the adjacent territory is ongoing.

Building No. 4

  • Installation of apartment doors has been completed.
  • Installation of doors in common areas is ongoing.
  • Installation of radiators in apartments has been completed.
  • Decorative works in common areas and entrance groups are ongoing.
  • Installation of floor electrical panels and cable-conductor products in apartments and common areas is ongoing.
  • Landscaping of the adjacent territory is ongoing.

Internal courtyard engineering network construction (stormwater systems, sewage, water supply, and heating) continues for all buildings in phase 7.

Phase 8 (Building Numbers 5, 6, 9)

Club-style Building No. 9

  • Installation of aluminum window glazing frameworks and installation of transparent protective facade constructions from the 1st to the 16th floors is ongoing.
  • Installation of fire protection systems and alarm, dispatching, and automation systems is ongoing.
  • Completion of flooring in the underground parking area has been completed.
  • Installation of elevator equipment has begun.

Building No. 5

  • Installation of aluminum window glazing frameworks and installation of transparent protective facade constructions from the 2nd to the 21st floors is ongoing.
  • Installation of fire protection systems and alarm, dispatching, and automation systems is ongoing.
  • Installation of underground building communications is ongoing.

Building No. 6

  • Pouring of the ceiling slab for the last 22nd floor is ongoing in one section. In the second section, formwork and pouring of the ceiling slab, vertical structures, and elements of the 23rd floor of the building are ongoing.
  • Masonry of external and internal walls at the 15th to 17th floors is ongoing.
  • Construction of the underground parking under buildings No. 5-6 is ongoing.

Construction of the monolithic frame of the educational center for children and installation of internal courtyard engineering networks continue.
