City One Development supported students at young mathematicians festival

The 21^st Russian young mathematicians festival took place from 4 to 11 October 2011in Anapa, Kuban region. The team from Lyceum “Leader” was invited to participate by this year’s festival organizers.

Thanks to the help and sponsorship «City One Development», the lyceum team was able to take part in the festival and win the title of best “best player in the XXII Russian festival for young mathematicians” and a PC.

All “Leader” team members received diplomas, festival medals and gifts. Bogdan Kivva was named the best algebraists of the competition, as well as the most useful member of the team, title for which he awarded an e-book as a gift (only two were handed out during the festival). Vsevolod Bikov was named the best in solvingcombinatorics problems.

During their spare time (the evening after the math battles and on the 7^th of October, which was a holiday), the children had an opportunity to relax, held football matches, walked to the sea, and explored historical monuments of Anapa. In addition, the team became the winner of intelligence show “What? Where? When? ” held between all participants of the Festival.
