- Started installing entrance apartment doors.
- Installing engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage alarm and automation systems.
- Completing insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installing profiles for ventilated facade.
- Ongoing work on the installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure.
Building No. 2
- Completing installation of fire safety systems and heating, sewage, and water supply systems in the parking area between buildings 2 and 3.
- Installing engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, and pumping systems for water supply.
- Ongoing insulation of the building with mineral wool, fastening of protective geomembrane, and installation of ventilated facade.
- Continuing installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure.
Building No. 3
- Continuing installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, and inflow-exhaust ventilation.
- Completing insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of ventilated facade.
- Continuing installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure.
Building No. 4
- Continuing installation of entrance apartment doors.
- Installing engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage alarm and automation systems.
- Completing installation of aluminum window glazing and glazing of window elements.
Phase 8 (building project numbers 5, 6, 9)
Building No. 6
- The monolithic frame of the building has grown to the 11th floor. Construction of floors 12-13 is in progress.
- Continuing masonry of external and internal walls on floors 8-9.
- Continuing the arrangement of the underground parking under buildings 5-6.
Building No. 5
- Continuing installation of elevator and technological equipment.
- Arranging ventilation systems and installing water supply and drainage risers.
- Arranging systems: fire safety, alarm, dispatching, and automation.
Club-format Building No. 9
- Continuing installation of elevator equipment, elevator cabins, and technological equipment.
- Ongoing installation of water supply and drainage risers and ventilation systems on the floors and roof of the building.
- Continuing the arrangement of systems: fire safety, alarm, dispatching, and automation.
- Completing masonry of internal walls in the underground parking.
