7th phase
Building №1
✅ The installation of aluminum window glazing, glass panels, and window and door structures is at the final stage on floors 19-20.
✅ The installation of a non-combustible mineral wool insulation, protective geomembrane, profiles, and a hanging ventilated facade made of ceramic granite is being completed.
✅ The installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage signaling and automation systems, is ongoing.
✅ Work is continuing on the installation of architectural facade lighting.

✅ Installation of aluminum window glazing and installation of window and door constructions on floors 14-24 is ongoing.
✅ Insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool, installation of protective geomembrane and installation of profiles for the installation of a ventilated facade are in progress.
✅ Installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-current signaling and automation systems, inlet-exhaust ventilation, as well as water supply pumping systems is ongoing.
✅ Installation of paving stones on the ramps of the parking entrance group and installation of architectural facade lighting have begun.

✅ Final installation work on aluminum window glazing and installation of window and door constructions is ongoing.
✅ Insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of protective geomembrane is ongoing.
✅ Installation of profiles for the installation of a ventilated facade is in progress.
✅ Installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-current signaling and automation systems, inlet-exhaust ventilation, and pumping stations is ongoing.
✅ Installation of the elevator equipment is complete.
✅ Installation of architectural facade lighting has begun.

✅ We are finishing the work on insulating the walls with non-combustible mineral wool, fixing the geomembrane, installing the suspended ventilated facade, and mounting aluminum window glazing.
✅ The installation of engineering networks for water supply and sewerage, low-voltage signaling and automation systems, and supply-exhaust ventilation is ongoing.
✅ The work on installing the architectural facade lighting continues.
Phase 8
Clubhouse building №9
✅ The construction of the roof structures and the installation of decorative pergolas on the building roof have been completed.
✅ The work on laying the brick external and internal walls has been done.
✅ The installation of ventilation systems and water supply and sewage risers is ongoing.
✅ The work on installing the fire alarm, signaling, dispatching, and automation systems is ongoing.
✅ The work on laying internal walls in the underground parking is ongoing.
✅ The installation of the elevator equipment has been started.

✅ The monolithic-frame work and roofing of the building are completed.
✅ Bricklaying works are being carried out on the top floors.
✅ Installation of ventilation systems, water supply and sewage risers is ongoing.
✅ Works on the installation of fire systems, alarms, dispatching and automation are in progress.
Building №6
✅ Monolithic works for the construction of the building’s frame are ongoing. The construction of the 6th floor is completed, the slab between the 6th and 7th floors is poured, and reinforcement and concreting of the vertical structures of the 7th floor and the installation of formwork for the slab between the 7th and 8th floors are in progress.
✅ Bricklaying of external and internal walls from the 1st to the 5th floors is ongoing.
✅ Works on arranging the parking lot under Building №6 are underway.
