Over the past month, significant progress has been made at the construction sites of phases 7 and 8 of the business-class residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky”. Here’s a detailed report on the completed works:
Phase 7 (Building Project Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)
Building No. 1
- Completion of installation of aluminum windows and glazing of facade structures.
- Continuation of installation of floor electrical panels and cable-conductor products in apartments and common areas.
- Installation of radiators in progress.
- Interior finishing works ongoing in common areas and entrance groups.
- Continued landscaping of the surrounding area.
Building No. 2
- Planting of live trees inside glass-colonnades in the stylobate part of the underground parking.
- Landscaping works ongoing in the surrounding area.
- Continued installation of entrance apartment doors from the 11th floor upwards.
- Completion of plumbing installation for the KAN water supply system.
- Finalization of non-combustible mineral wool insulation and installation of ventilated facade.
- Ongoing interior finishing works in common areas and entrance groups.
Building No. 3
- Installation of radiators in progress in apartments.
- Continued installation of entrance apartment doors from the 10th floor upwards.
- Completion of ventilated facade and installation of window elements on the parapet part of the building.

- Installation of elevator equipment ongoing.
- Installation of aluminum window frames and work on installation of light-transmitting protective facade structures from floors 1 to 16 in progress.
Building No. 5
- Installation of underground building communications ongoing.
- Continued installation of fire protection system and alarm, dispatch, and automation systems.
- Continued installation of aluminum window frames and installation of light-transmitting protective facade structures from floors 2 to 21 in progress.
Building No. 6
- Pouring of the roof slab between the 23rd and the top 24th floors on one part of the building, and parapet installation on the roof of the buildings on the other part.
- Continued laying of external and internal walls at levels 17-18.
- Works ongoing on the construction of the underground parking under buildings No. 5-6.
Continued construction of the monolithic frame of the educational center for children and installation of internal courtyard engineering networks.
