Phase 7 (Building Project Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)

Building No. 1:

  • We are completing the insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and the installation of profiles for facade attachment – readiness at 95%.
  • Ventilated facade – readiness at 93%.
  • Finalizing the installation of aluminum window glazing, glassing of facade structures, and installation of ventilated facade.
  • Finalizing the industrial poured floors and ventilation systems in the underground parking.
  • Completing the installation of facade architectural lighting.
  • Landscaping of the adjacent territory is ongoing.

Building No. 2:

  • Completing the insulation of the building with mineral wool and the installation of ventilated facade.
  • Continuing the installation of staircase railings.
  • Window glazing and facade structure work is in its final stages.
  • Finishing work on decorative and cement-sand screed, installation of apartment plumbing distribution for KAN water supply system.
  • Finalizing the glazing of the facade of the two-story commercial building connecting buildings 2 and 3.
  • Nearly 99% completed installation and glazing of aluminum window glazing-bulbs in the stylobate part of the underground parking where live trees will grow and emerge into the above-ground recreational area.
  • Ongoing industrial poured floor installation in the underground parking.
  • Completing the installation of facade architectural lighting.
  • Ongoing landscaping of the adjacent territory.

Building No. 3:

  • Completing the insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of ventilated facade.
  • Continuing the installation of aluminum window glazing and glassing of facade structures.

  • Ongoing finishing work and cement-sand screed, installation of apartment plumbing distribution for KAN water supply system.

  • Completing the glazing of facade window elements – readiness at 99%.

  • Evacuation exit glazing from the parking area is complete.
  • Completing the installation of facade architectural lighting.
  • Commencing landscaping of the adjacent territory.

Work is in progress for the installation of internal courtyard engineering networks (drainage systems, sewage, water supply, etc.) for all buildings in Phase 7.

Phase 8 (Building Project Numbers 5, 6, 9)

Club format Building No. 9:

  • Work on the installation of aluminum window glazing frames continues.
  • Commenced facade glazing (transparent enclosing structures).
  • Completed installation of drainage sewerage stands and ventilation and smoke removal systems.
  • Installation of technological elevator equipment is ongoing.
  • Ongoing installation of fire safety system and alarm, dispatching, and automation systems.

Building No. 6:

  • Completing the concreting of vertical structures and elements on the 15th floor.
  • Commenced the construction of a monolithic frame at the 16th-floor level.
  • Formwork is being installed and floor slabs are being poured between the 16th and 17th floors.
  • Continuing work on the masonry of external and internal walls at the 12-13 floor levels.
  • Arranging the underground parking beneath buildings 5-6.

Building No. 5:

  • Preparatory work for facade installation is complete.
  • Commenced installation of aluminum window glazing frames (transparent enclosing structures).
  • Completed installation of ventilation and smoke removal systems.
  • Ongoing installation of fire safety system and alarm, dispatching, and automation systems.
  • Technological elevator equipment installation is ongoing.
  • Completing work on the installation of in-apartment sewage and brick masonry of technological openings.
