Despite the numerous challenges of today, the investment and development company City One Development is actively developing the “Novopecherski Lypky” complex, maintaining the pace of construction for the 7th and 8th phases.
With each passing day, the changes become even more noticeable. In the 7th phase, internal courtyard engineering networks and the improvement of adjacent territories have already commenced for all four buildings. In the 8th phase, work on the facade and the installation of aluminum glazing structures has begun.
Below is a detailed progress report for the past month:
Phase 7
Building #1
- Insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of profiles for facade attachment – 93% completion.
- Suspended ventilated facade is 90% complete.
- Finalizing the installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure glazing.
- Industrial poured floors are being installed in the underground parking.
- Landscaping of the adjacent territory has started.
Building #2
- Completion of insulation with mineral wool, attachment of protective geomembrane, and installation of suspended ventilated facade.
- Installation of stairwell railings is in progress.
- Final stages of window and facade structure glazing.
- Ongoing work on finishing and cement-sand screed, installation of plumbing system KAN.
- Almost completed glazing of the facade of a two-story commercial building connecting buildings 2 and 3 in the stylobate part of the underground parking, where live trees will grow and extend into the above-ground recreational area.
- Industrial poured floors are being installed in the underground parking.
- Landscaping of the adjacent territory has started.
Building #3
- Completion of insulation with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of suspended ventilated facade.
- Installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure glazing is in progress.
- Continued installation of stairwell railings.
- Ongoing work on finishing and cement-sand screed, installation of plumbing system KAN.
- Industrial poured floors are being installed in the underground parking.
- Landscaping of the adjacent territory has started.
Building #4
- Completion of glazing of window elements of the facade – 98% completion.
- Internal finishing works have started.
- Installation of ventilation, smoke extraction, and air exchange systems is in progress.
- Continued installation of drainage sewage and fire safety and firefighting systems.
For all four buildings in the 7th phase, the installation of internal courtyard engineering networks (drainage systems, sewage, water supply, etc.) has commenced.
Phase 8
Club-format Building #9
- Installation of consoles, suspended platforms, winches, catchers, and control panel for building cradles for facade work has been completed.
- Work on facade arrangement and installation of aluminum glazing structures is in progress.
- Work on facade glazing has started.
- Installation of drainage sewage and ventilation and smoke extraction systems has been completed.
- Installation of elevator cabins and technological elevator equipment is in progress.
- Continued installation of fire safety and alarm systems, dispatching, and automation.
Building #6
- Installation of the monolithic frame is in progress at the level of the 15th floor. Pouring the floor slab between the 15th and 16th floors.
- Works on reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures and elements of the 16th floor are ongoing.
- Continued masonry of external and internal walls at the level of the 11th-12th floors.
- Arrangement of underground parking under buildings #5-6 is in progress.
Building #5
- Installation of consoles, suspended platforms, winches, catchers, and control panel for building cradles for facade work has been completed.
- Arrangement of transparent enclosing structures is in progress.
- Preparatory works are underway for further facade arrangement and installation of aluminum glazing structures.
- Installation of ventilation and smoke extraction systems has been completed.
- Continued installation of fire safety and alarm systems, dispatching, and automation.
- Installation of technological elevator equipment and elevator cabins is in progress.
