To expedite the handover of homes to investors, construction activities on the sites continue without interruption. Here are the detailed updates on the work and progress of construction for the current month:
Phase 7 (Building Project Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)
Building 1
- Completed installation of apartment doors.
- Ongoing installation of floor electrical panels and cable products for apartments and common areas.
- Radiator installation in apartments is in progress.
- Commenced finishing works in the entrance groups.
- Completion of installation of ventilated facade and insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool.
- Installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure glazing is in final stages.
- Completed installation of ventilation and heating systems in the underground parking.
- Installation of entrance gates in the parking area is completed.
- Finalizing architectural lighting installation.
- Landscaping of the surrounding territory is ongoing.
Building 2
- Finished installation of doors in common areas.
- Completed plastering works.
- Glazing of the facade of the two-story commercial building connecting buildings 2 and 3 is fully completed.

- Construction of transitions from buildings 2-3 to the central street of the quarter is ongoing.

- Monolithic frame of the building has risen by 2 floors – ongoing concrete work for vertical structures and elements of the 20th floor from 22 to 24.
