City One Development, an investment and development company, continues actively constructing new phases of the business-class “Novopecherski Lypky Quarter.”
As the month draws to a close, it’s time to provide more detailed information about the completed works and progress of construction in March for phases 7 and 8:
Phase 7 (Project numbers of buildings 1, 2, 3, 4)
Building 1:
- Electrical distribution and installation of cable-conductor products in apartments and common areas are ongoing.
- Radiator installation in apartments is in progress.
- Decorative works in common areas and entrance groups are ongoing.
- Installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure is in the final stages.
- Completion of ventilation and heating systems in the underground parking.
- Installation of internal gates in the parking area is ongoing.
- Finalization of architectural lighting works is ongoing.
- Landscaping of the adjacent territory is in progress.
Building 2:
- Installation of doors in common areas has been completed.
- Installation of entrance apartment doors from the 6th floor and above is ongoing.
- Completion of structures connecting buildings 2-3 to the central street of the quarter.
- Installation of entrance gates to parking areas is ongoing.
- Insulation with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of ventilated facade is nearing completion.
- Finalization of architectural lighting and window glazing and facade structures is underway.
- Landscaping of the adjacent territory continues.
Building 3:
- Installation of entrance apartment doors from the 7th floor and above is ongoing.
- Radiator installation in apartments is ongoing.
- Completion of ventilated facade and installation of window elements on the parapet part of the building.
- Finalization of decorative works in common areas and installation of water supply system KAN are ongoing.
- Continued installation of facade lighting.
- Landscaping of the adjacent territory is ongoing.
Building 4:
- Electrical distribution and installation of cable-conductor products in apartments and common areas are ongoing.
- Decorative works in common areas and entrance groups are ongoing.
- Installation of apartment doors has been completed.
- Installation of doors in common areas is ongoing.

Work on internal courtyard engineering networks (stormwater systems, sewerage, water supply, heating, etc.) is ongoing for all buildings in Phase 7.
Phase 8 (Project numbers of buildings 5, 6, 9)
Club-format Building 9:
- Completion of floor installations in the underground parking.
- Continued installation of fire protection systems, alarm systems, dispatching, and automation systems.
- Installation of aluminum window glazing structures and transparent facade structures from floors 1 to 16 is ongoing.
Building 5:
- Final stages of installation of fire protection systems, alarm systems, dispatching, and automation systems.
- Continued installation of aluminum window glazing structures and transparent facade structures from floors 2 to 21.
- Installation of underground building communications.
Building 6:
- Formwork and concrete pouring of the floor slab, vertical structures, and elements of the 21st floor of the monolithic frame are ongoing.
- Continued laying of external and internal walls at levels 14-15-16.
- Construction works on the underground parking under buildings 5-6 are ongoing.
Construction of the monolithic frame for the educational center for children and installation of internal courtyard engineering networks are ongoing.
