City One Development, the investment and development company, continues to make significant progress in the construction of its projects.

Here’s an update on the construction progress at construction sites for phases 7 and 8 in the “Novopecherski Lypky” quarter in August:

Phase 7 (Building Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)

Building 1

  • Insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and the installation of profiles for facade attachment are 90% complete.
  • The ventilated facade is 87% complete.
  • Installation of stair railings is finished.
  • The installation of aluminum window glazing and facade construction is nearing completion.

Building 2

  • Installation of engineering networks for water supply, drainage, low-current alarm systems, and automation, as well as water supply pump systems, has been completed.
  • The insulation of the building with mineral wool, the attachment of protective geomembranes, and the installation of the ventilated facade are nearly finished.
  • Continuing the installation of stair railings.
  • Window glazing and facade construction work is in progress.
  • Plasterwork, water supply systems (KAN), and cement-sand screed are ongoing.
  • The installation of aluminum window glazing is completed, and glazing of the two-story commercial building that connects the stylobate of buildings 2 and 3 has begun.
  • Installation of aluminum bulb glazing with live trees growing in it, connecting to the above-ground part of the walkway zone from the parking area.

Building 3

  • Completion of works for engineering networks including water supply, drainage, low-current alarm systems, automation, and supply-exhaust ventilation.
  • Finishing the insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of the ventilated facade.
  • Installation of aluminum window glazing and facade construction is in progress.
  • Continuing the installation of stair railings.

Building 4

  • Completion of works for engineering networks including water supply, drainage, low-current alarm systems, automation, and supply-exhaust ventilation.
  • Completion of glazing for window elements of the facade (96% complete).
  • Installation of stair railings is finished.

Phase 8 (Building Numbers 5, 6, 9)

Club-style Building 9

  • Installation of consoles, suspended platforms, hoists, catchers, and the control panel for construction cradles to perform facade works is completed.
  • Commencement of facade construction and preparatory work for the installation of aluminum window glazing structures.
  • Installation of water supply, drainage, and ventilation systems on various floors is completed.
  • Installation of elevator cabins and technological elevator equipment is in progress.
  • Ongoing installation of the fire safety system, alarm system, dispatching, and automation systems.

Building 6

  • Construction of the monolithic frame of the building is ongoing, with the pouring of the floor slab between the 13th and 14th floors.
  • Reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures and elements on the 15th floor is in progress.
  • Continued masonry of external and internal walls at the 10th-11th floor level.
  • Development of an underground parking area under buildings 5 and 6 is underway.

Building 5

  • Commencement of the installation of consoles, suspended platforms, hoists, catchers, and the control panel for construction cradles to perform facade works.
  • Preparatory work is ongoing for further facade construction and the installation of aluminum window glazing structures.
  • Completion of ventilation system installation and ongoing installation of water supply and drainage risers.
  • Ongoing installation of the fire safety system, alarm system, dispatching, and automation systems.
  • Installation of technological elevator equipment and elevator cabins is in progress.
