The investment and development company City One Development continues to construct the business-class residential quarter “Novopecherski Lypky”.

We have prepared a new spring report for you from the construction sites of phases 7 and 8:

Phase 7

Building No.1

  • Completing insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool, securing protective geomembrane, and installing profiles for the ventilated facade made of ceramic granite.
  • Continuing the installation of aluminum window glazing, glassing, and installation of window and door structures on the facade.
  • Continuing the arrangement of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage alarm and automation systems.
  • Ongoing work on the installation of architectural facade lighting.

Building No. 2

  • Continuing insulation of the building with mineral wool, securing protective geomembrane, and installing a ventilated facade.
  • Continuing the installation of aluminum window glazing and facade glassing.
  • Arranging engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, inflow-exhaust ventilation, and pumping systems for water supply.
  • In the final stages of installing fire safety systems, heating, sewage, and water supply systems in the parking area between buildings 2 and 3.
  • Continuing the installation of architectural facade lighting.

Building No. 3

  • Completing insulation of the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installing a ventilated facade.
  • Continuing the installation of aluminum window glazing and facade glassing.
  • Continuing the arrangement of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, and inflow-exhaust ventilation.
  • Installing architectural facade lighting.

Building No. 4

  • Completing the installation of the ventilated facade, aluminum window glazing, and glazing of window elements on the facade.
  • Continuing the arrangement of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, inflow-exhaust ventilation.
  • Completing the installation of architectural facade lighting.

Phase 8

Club-format Building No. 9

  • Completion of masonry of external and internal walls.
  • Dismantling of the tower crane Potain MC 175B.
  • Continuing the installation of ventilation systems, water supply, and sewage risers.
  • Ongoing arrangement of fire safety, alarm, dispatching, and automation systems.
  • Completing the masonry of internal walls in the underground parking.
  • Continuing the installation of elevator equipment, elevator cabins, and roof ventilation equipment.

Building No. 5

  • Completion of masonry of internal and external walls.
  • Continuing the installation of ventilation systems, water supply, and sewage risers.
  • Ongoing arrangement of fire safety, alarm, dispatching, and automation systems.
  • Commencement of the installation of elevator and technological equipment.

Building No. 6

  • Completion of construction up to the 10th floor and ongoing construction of the monolithic frame at the level of floors 11-12.
  • Continuing the masonry of external and internal walls on floors 7-8.
  • Ongoing work on the arrangement of the underground parking.
