7th Phase (Building Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4):

  • Finalizing work on insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool and installing profiles for facade fastening.

  • Completion of installation of fire safety systems, heating, sewage, and water supply in the parking area between buildings 2 and 3.

  • Continuing work on insulating the building with mineral wool, fastening protective geomembrane, and installing ventilated facade.

  • Completion of insulation with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of ventilated facade.
  • Continued installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, and inflow-exhaust ventilation.
  • Ongoing installation of aluminum window frames and glazing of facade elements.

Building No. 4

  • Completion of installation of aluminum window frames and glazing of window elements on the facade.
  • Continued installation of entrance doors to apartments.
  • Completion of installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage alarm and automation systems.

8th Phase (Building Numbers 5, 6, 9):

Club Format Building No. 9

  • Completion of masonry of internal walls in the underground parking.
  • Continued installation of elevator cabins and technological elevator equipment.
  • Completion of installation of water supply, sewage, and ventilation systems on the floors.
  • Ongoing installation of systems: fire safety, alarm, dispatching, and automation.

Building No. 6

  • Construction of the monolithic frame of the building at levels 12-13 in progress.
