Building #1
✅ Installation of aluminum window frames, glazing, and installation of window and door structures on the upper floors of the building is almost complete.
✅ We continue to insulate the building with non-combustible mineral wool.
✅ Finalizing the attachment of the protective geomembrane, installation of profiles, and arrangement of a ventilated facade with ceramic granite.
✅ Work on engineering networks for water supply and sewage, as well as low-current signaling and automation systems, is ongoing.
✅ We have completed the installation of the heat point for buildings 1 and 2.
✅ Work continues on the installation of architectural facade lighting.

✅ Installing aluminum window glazing and window and door structures on the facade from the 14th to the 24th floors.
✅ Continuing work on insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool, attaching protective geomembranes, and installing profiles for a suspended ventilated facade.
✅ Engineering work on water supply and drainage systems, low-voltage signaling and automation systems, supply and exhaust ventilation, and water supply pump systems is ongoing.
✅ Finishing work on the installation of the fire alarm system, as well as heating, sewage, and water supply systems in the underground parking between buildings 2 and 3.
✅ Completing brick wall laying, industrial floor construction, and installation of lights.

✅ The laying of internal walls in the underground parking is ongoing.

✅ The construction of the monolithic frame of the building has been completed, and the roofing works have been carried out.
✅ The laying of internal and external brick walls on the upper floors is in progress.

✅ The construction of the monolithic building is ongoing. The construction of the 7th floor has been completed, the slab between the 7th and 8th floors has been poured, and the reinforcement and concreting of the vertical structures of the 8th floor are in progress.
✅ The laying of external and internal walls from the 1st to the 5th floor is continuing.
✅ Works on the arrangement of the parking lot under building #6 are in progress.
