The investment and development company City One Development continues the implementation of the comfort-class residential complex project “Svyatobor Park Resort”.
Already, 3 buildings have been put into operation and occupied.
Currently, construction is actively underway for 2 more buildings in the new 6th and 7th phases.
In our latest construction site report, we provide an update on the progress of construction over the past month:
Phase 6
- In Section 3, the concreting of vertical elements on the first floor (high floor) has been completed, and the construction of the second-floor ceiling structure has commenced.
- In Section 4, work is ongoing for concreting vertical elements on the third floor.
- Insulation of inter-section joints is being carried out between Sections 3 and 4.
Phase 7
- In Sections 1 and 2, work is in progress for concreting the ceiling on the ninth floor (tenth floor’s floor).
- In Section 3, the ceiling slab on the ninth floor has been poured, and work has transitioned to concreting vertical elements of load-bearing structures on the tenth floor.
- On the third and fourth floors of Section 3, brickwork is being carried out.
