The construction activities carried out in November have brought future residents even closer to receiving the keys to their own homes, specifically:

Stage 7 (Project House Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4)

House No. 1
– The insulation work with non-combustible mineral wool and the installation of profiles for facade attachment are nearing completion – 98% ready.
– The installation of the ventilated facade is also nearing completion – 96% ready.
– We are finishing the installation of aluminum window glazing and facade construction.
– In the underground parking, industrial concrete flooring has been finalized. The installation of ventilation and heating systems is ongoing.
– Architectural lighting installation is being finalized.
– Landscaping of the adjacent territory is in progress.

House No. 2
– The insulation with mineral wool and the installation of the ventilated facade are in the final stages.
– The installation of stair railings has been completed.
– Window glazing and facade construction are ongoing.
– Plastering, cement-sand screed, and installation of the apartment water supply system (KAN system) have been completed.
– The glazing of the facade of the two-story commercial building connecting houses 2 and 3 is nearing completion. The installation of elevator equipment inside the building is ongoing.
– The glazing of aluminum window displays in the stylobate part of the underground parking is being finalized. Ground fence glazing is ongoing.
– Industrial flooring in the underground parking has been fully completed.
– Architectural lighting installation is being finalized.
– Landscaping of the adjacent territory continues.

House No. 3
– The insulation with mineral wool and the installation of the ventilated facade are being finalized.
– The installation of aluminum window glazing and facade construction is ongoing.
– The installation of stair railings has been completed.
– Plastering, cement-sand screed, and installation of the apartment water supply system (KAN system) are ongoing.
– Industrial flooring and ventilation and heating systems in the underground parking are being finalized.
– Architectural lighting installation is being finalized.
– Landscaping of the adjacent territory continues.

House No. 4
– Facade glazing is nearing completion – the installation of window elements on the parapet part is being finalized.
– The installation of ventilation, smoke removal, and air exchange systems is being completed.
– Rainwater drainage and fire safety and firefighting systems installation has been completed.
– The glazing of emergency exits and all finishing work in the underground parking are fully completed.
– Architectural lighting installation is being finalized.
– Landscaping of the adjacent territory continues.

Work on the installation of internal engineering networks (drainage systems, sewerage, water supply, etc.) for all houses in Stage 7 is ongoing.

Stage 8 (Project House Numbers 5, 6, 9)

Club-format House No. 9
– The installation of aluminum frame structures from the 1st to the 16th floors continues.
– Facade glazing from the 1st to the 16th floors (transparent enclosing structures) is ongoing.
– Installation of technological elevator equipment is ongoing.
– Fire protection, alarm, dispatch, and automation systems installation is being finalized.

House No. 5
– The construction crane has been dismantled.
– The installation of aluminum frame structures from the 1st to the 21st floors continues.
– Facade glazing (transparent enclosing structures) from the 3rd to the 19th floors has begun.
– Fire protection, alarm, dispatch, and automation systems installation continues.
– Installation of technological elevator equipment is ongoing.
– The installation of internal apartment sewage systems and bricklaying of technological openings has been completed.
– Installation of underground building communications is ongoing.

House No. 6
– Concrete work on vertical structures and elements at the level of the 17th floors is being finalized.
– Formwork and pouring of slabs between the 17th and 18th floors is ongoing.
– Masonry work on external and internal walls at the 12th and 13th floors continues.
– Underground parking construction under houses 5-6 is ongoing.
