Despite all challenges and obstacles, City One Development continues to work on the development of all its projects. The residential quarter “Novopecherski Lypky” continues to grow, with construction ongoing for phases 7 and 8.
Here is the latest report as of July for the construction sites within the complex:
Phase 7 (Building project numbers: 1, 2, 3, 4)
Building No. 1
- Completion of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage signaling and automation systems.
- Finalizing insulation with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of profiles for facade attachment.
- The ventilated facade is nearly 80% complete.
- Installation of entrance apartment doors is in progress.
- Completion of railing installation for the staircases in the cold passage.
- Completing the installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure.
Building No. 2
- Completed installation of fire protection systems, heating, sewage, and water supply in the parking area between buildings 2 and 3.
- Started installation of aluminum bay window glazing, where real trees will grow, connecting to the above-ground part of the recreational area directly from the parking.
- Finalizing engineering networks for water supply, drainage, low-voltage signaling, automation, and water supply pump systems.
- Insulation with mineral wool, installation of protective geomembrane, and installation of the ventilated facade are 80% complete.
- Ongoing installation of railing for the staircases in the cold passage.
- Completed installation of aluminum window glazing. Currently, window glazing and facade structure are in progress.
Building No. 3
- Continuing installation of aluminum window glazing and facade structure glazing.
- Completing insulation with non-combustible mineral wool and installation of the ventilated facade.
- Finalizing engineering networks for water supply, drainage, low-voltage signaling, automation, and inflow-exhaust ventilation.
- Installation of railing for the staircases in the cold passage is in progress.
Building No. 4
- Completed installation of aluminum window glazing. Finalizing glazing of window elements in the facade.
- Installation of entrance apartment doors is in progress.
- Completed railing installation for the staircases in the cold passage.
- Finished setting up engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage signaling and automation.
Phase 8 (Building project numbers: 5, 6, 9)
Club format Building No. 9
- Commenced preparatory work for further installation of aluminum bay window frameworks.
- Completed installation of water supply, sewage, and ventilation system risers on the floors.
- Ongoing installation of elevator cabins and technological elevator equipment.
- Ongoing setup of fire protection and alarm systems, dispatching, and automation.
Building No. 6
- Monolithic frame construction of the building is in progress. The floor slab between the 12th and 13th floors has been poured. Works on reinforcement and concreting of vertical structures and elements on the 13th floor are ongoing.
- Masonry of external and internal walls on the 10th and 11th floors is continuing.
- Arranging the underground parking under buildings 5-6.
Building No. 5
- Commenced preparatory work for further installation of aluminum bay window frameworks.
- Finalizing ventilation system installation and installation of water supply and drainage risers.
- Ongoing setup of fire protection and alarm systems, dispatching, and automation.
- Continuing installation of technological elevator equipment and elevator cabins.
