The investment and development company City One Development continues to maintain a steady pace of construction. The business-class residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky” continues to grow significantly, and we have prepared a fresh report on the work completed over the past month for phases 7 and 8.

Phase 7:
Building No.1:

We are completing the installation of aluminum window glazing, as well as the fitting of window and door structures on the upper floors of the building. Glazing is in progress.

The final stages of insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool, attaching protective geomembranes, and installing profiles for the ventilated facade with ceramic granite are underway.

Inside the building, work continues on the installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage alarm and automation systems.

We are completing the installation of fire alarm systems, as well as heating, sewage, and water supply systems in the underground parking between buildings No.2 and No.3.

We continue the construction of the monolithic frame of the building. The construction of the 9th floor is complete. Currently, we are working on the vertical reinforced concrete structures for the 10th floor.

Work is underway for the setup of the parking under Building 6.
