The investment and development company City One Development continues to maintain a steady pace of construction. The business-class residential complex “Novopecherski Lypky” continues to grow significantly, and we have prepared a fresh report on the work completed over the past month for phases 7 and 8.

We continue to build and create a comfortable space for future residents.

Phase 7:

Building No.1:

  • We are completing the installation of aluminum window glazing, as well as the fitting of window and door structures on the upper floors of the building. Glazing is in progress.

  • The final stages of insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool, attaching protective geomembranes, and installing profiles for the ventilated facade with ceramic granite are underway.

  • Inside the building, work continues on the installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, as well as low-voltage alarm and automation systems.

  • The work on setting up the heating substation for buildings No.1 and No.2 is complete.

  • We are continuing with the installation of architectural facade lighting.

Building No.2:

  • We continue the installation of aluminum window glazing and the installation of window and door structures on the facade.

  • Work is ongoing for insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool, attaching protective geomembranes, and installing profiles for the ventilated facade.

  • The interior work includes the installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, supply and exhaust ventilation, as well as pump systems for water supply.

  • We are completing the installation of fire alarm systems, as well as heating, sewage, and water supply systems in the underground parking between buildings No.2 and No.3.

  • The installation of architectural facade lighting continues.

Building No.3:

  • The installation of aluminum window glazing is in its final stages. We continue with the glazing of window and door structures on the facade.

  • Work is underway for insulating the building with non-combustible mineral wool, attaching protective geomembranes, and installing profiles for the ventilated facade.

  • Interior work includes the installation of engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, as well as supply and exhaust ventilation.

  • Testing of the elevator equipment has been completed.

  • The installation of architectural facade lighting continues.

Building No.4:

  • We have completed the insulation of walls with non-combustible mineral wool and the attachment of geomembranes.

  • The installation of the ventilated facade and the installation of aluminum window glazing and glazing of window elements on the facade are in the final stages.

  • Work continues on setting up the interior engineering networks for water supply and drainage, low-voltage alarm and automation systems, supply and exhaust ventilation.

  • The installation of architectural facade lighting continues.

Phase 8:

Club-format Building No.9:

  • The installation of decorative pergolas on the roof of the building is complete.

  • The bricklaying of external and internal brick walls is fully completed.

  • Work is ongoing for the installation of ventilation systems, water supply and sewage risers, as well as the setup of fire alarm, alarm, dispatching, and automation systems.

  • The final stages of bricklaying of internal walls in the underground parking are underway.

  • The installation of elevator equipment and elevator cabins continues.

  • The installation and setup of ventilation equipment on the roof of the building has begun.

Building No.5:

  • The roofing work for the building is complete.

  • The bricklaying of internal and external brick walls on the upper floors is completed.

  • Work continues on the installation of ventilation systems, water supply and sewage risers, as well as the setup of fire alarm, alarm, dispatching, and automation systems.

  • Preparatory work for the installation of elevator and technological equipment has begun.

Building No.6:

  • We continue the construction of the monolithic frame of the building. The construction of the 9th floor is complete. Currently, we are working on the vertical reinforced concrete structures for the 10th floor.

  • Bricklaying of external and internal walls on levels 6-7-8 is in progress.

  • Work is underway for the setup of the parking under Building 6.
