Investment and development company City One Development has entered the top five leading residential developers in the capital for 2025, ranking 4th in the Minfin portal’s рейтинг, which analyzes the volume of residential property commissioned in Kyiv.
The ranking is based on the annual performance results of key players in Kyiv’s residential real estate market. It includes developers whose projects received commissioning certificates or declarations of readiness for operation from the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine (DIAM) during the reporting period. The key metric of the study is the total floor area of apartments in residential buildings commissioned over the year.
A significant contribution to City One Development’s result came from the completion of Phase 7 of the Novopecherski Lypky residential quarter. In 2025, four residential buildings within this phase were commissioned. The total apartment area amounts to 55,423.9 sq m, with a total of 475 apartments.
At the same time, the company not only commissions new housing but also continues active development of its ongoing projects while expanding its portfolio with new ones. In particular, in 2025 City One Development launched construction of a new large-scale residential complex in Kyiv — The Light — which has become one of the company’s key projects.
Being ranked among the top five confirms the steady pace of City One Development’s project delivery and its consistent presence among the leading players in Kyiv’s residential real estate market.
