2 residential projects of City One Development got into the rating of the most comfortable residential projects of the capital, compiled by LUN portal.
Novopecherski Lypky and Svyatobor Park Resort became projects in which some of the largest areas are occupied by residential areas. Complexes were selected for the rating, where there is not just a residential area free from construction, but an area that is designed for people, not for cars.
As it is stated by LUN experts in the survey, a comfortable residential complex can be only in case when the project has a well-thought-out outbuilding area. The only high-quality repair is definitely not enough for a comfortable life in the residential complex.
We are happy with the results of the rating, because we always work with this important and primary aspect in mind. In our projects, a third part of the territory is green zones!
